Campus Sense is the early-warning anti-cult counseling and security guidebook for students, parents, educators and stakeholders. The book is arranged in three sections. Section one profiles the 17 prudential laws students must obey to successfully navigate and escape the dangers of cultism in school: law of myths, survival, recruitment, slangs, initiation, collateral sacrifice, renunciation, alter calls, responsive leadership, responsive parents, vigilante, political thuggery, felony, organization, experience, success and prayers.

Section two outlines warning signs of cultism in secondary and tertiary institutions and at family levels as well as effective monitoring, counseling and control tips and techniques parents and educators can deploy. The section also highlights critical stakeholder interventions as recommended by various Exam Ethics Consultative Conference of Education Leaders on Combating Campus Cultism which touched on imperatives of: leadership; security units of institutions; policy and administrative issues; education, orientation and enlightenment; information management systems; management of students’ affairs; infrastructure and facilities; and community vigilante. Section three provides overview of some general safe school best practices that facilitate the effort to successful combat campus cultism.

The book empowers students with information on the dangers of campus cults with a view to countering the myths and misinformation with which they are deceived into enlisting with the truth, facts and realities; and equips parents and educators with knowledge and insights for effective counseling of children and students on the dangers of cultism. Impact assessment of distribution of first three editions of the book confirm that students that read the book achieved 100% record in saying no to cultism and in graduating successfully and safely without incidents.









The Letter from Necropolis was written by former student cultist to his parents to warn his siblings not to experiment with campus cultism in order to avoid his horrible experience. The student recounted his near death experiences and blamed his father for failing to counsel him on the dangers of campus cults.

He recounted how he was introduced to Cultism in secondary school without his knowing; how he arrived university as cultist- designate based on his secondary school antecedents; his horrible cult initiation experience. He also told the story of how student cultists operated like criminal gangs, how they fought and died in cult wars like hypnotized zombies and of his renunciation experience.

He ended the letter by urging his father to make history by mobilizing leaders, educators, parents and stakeholders to rise and work together to end campus cultism, promote campus safety and the save lives of innocent students with fertile impressionable minds eager to question and experiment who get deceived into joining and becoming victims of cultism because of failure to equip and forewarn them with knowledge of the dangers.









The Manual empowers hospitals and health practitioners with: frame works for risk, threat and vulnerability assessment and emergency preparedness planning; precautionary measures against kidnapping; movement, hotels and travel due diligence; staff verification and verification security due diligence; security leadership, policy-making, decision-making and communication best practices and protocols. It profiles preventive security skills with special focus on early resolution of conflicts to avoid escalation into security breaches.

The Manual is a distillation of proceedings of the 2018 Consultative Conference on Security of Medical and Health Practitioners. The perspectives, insights and recommendations of health sector associations, unions and regulatory agencies that collaborated in the implementation of the conference are presented in section two of the Manual.









Educational institutions need atmosphere of industrial harmony to progress. Conflicts and change are normal part of everyday life of all entities including educational institutions. Conflicts, if left unresolved, leads to hardening of positions, degenerates to industrial actions including protests and strikes, shutdowns, disruptions and elongation of academic calendars. The abridged charter, which profiles 100 irreducible minimum education reforms to qualify incumbent and new candidates for JESAC support at national, state, municipal and ward elections, covers ten sub-sectors including: welfare, salaries, and pensions; infrastructure; municipal facilities; teaching and learning facilities; legislative, legal and policy frameworks; regulatory and inspectorate systems; leadership. ethics, integrity and best practices; industrial peace and harmony; safety and security; and funding.

Education in Africa is faced with serious deep-rooted structural challenges that can only be resolved with bold, courageous, visionary and strategic leadership actions of marshal plan proportions and not by administrative fixes. Education stakeholders, organized under JESAC, have the population to elect ethics and education-friendly leaders that can commit the necessary leadership, political will, courage and financial resources to transform education.
